
STEUBEN- An assault this week in Oneida County has resulted in a mix of charges filed against a local resident, including burglary, authorities say.
Stephen L. Lisi, 31, of Holland Patent, NY was arrested Thursday night by the New York State Police (Marcy). Lisi is officially charged with one felony count each of burglary in the third-degree and assault (w/intent to cause physical injury w/a weapon), along with one misdemeanor count each of criminally possessing a weapon in the fourth-degree and reckless endangerment.
According to Troopers, these charges were all filed in the town of Steuben after reports of an assault, which was reported just before midnight on Wednesday.
At press time, police said an investigation was pending and Lisi’s arrest status was listed as held.
