Local resident accused of lewdness in town of Ohio, Troopers say

OHIO- A local resident is accused of lewdness in Herkimer County, according to authorities.

Harry W. Snow, 38, of Cold Brook, NY was arrested Sunday afternoon by the New York State Police (Herkimer). Snow is officially charged with one misdemeanor count of lewdness (w/intent to be seen).

Troopers say this arrest was made following on the heels of complaints in the town of Ohio Saturday morning.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending. Snow was released on his own recognizance.

There were no additional details provided to report.
