Local resident charged for allegedly possessing controlled substance in Oneida County, according to State Police

WESTMORELAND- A local resident is accused of criminally possessing a controlled substance in Oneida County, authorities say.

Theodore Frank Jr. Netcoh, 57, of Remsen, NY was arrested Thursday afternoon by the New York State Police (Marcy). Netcoh is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of criminally possessing a controlled substance in the seventh-degree.

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from a trespass complaint filed earlier that afternoon in the town of Westmoreland.

At press time, police said that Netcoh was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
