Port Leyden Man Charged with D.W.I. in the Town of Martinsburg

TOWN OF MARTINSBURG-A 33 year old Port Leyden man if facing D.W.I. charges following a late Friday night vehicle stop in the Town of Martinsburg. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Gregory S. Walsh with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor vehicle with .08 of 1% or more alcohol in Blood-First Offense: Both Class U misdemeanors. Walsh was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town fo Martinsburg Court at a later date.
