Lowville Man Facing D.W.I. and Unlicensed Operation charges
TOWN OF LOWVILLE-A 36 year old Lowville man was arrested for D.W.I. and unlicensed operation following a vehicle stop in the Town of Lowville Friday night. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Raymond L. White with one count each of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree and Driving while Intoxicated-First Offense: Both Class U misdemeanors. White was released to a third party and will answer the charges in the Town of Lowville Court at a later date. The incident was pending investigation as of press time.
