LOWVILLE POLICE: Altercation at village diner results in charges filed against two local suspects

LOWVILLE- A physical altercation at a village diner has resulted in charges filed against two local suspects.

According to the Lowville Police Department, Joel Skellerup, 48, of Ava, NY and Bryan Hanno, 45, of Lowville, NY are both formally charged with disorderly conduct.

Police say these arrests stem from an alleged altercation at a village diner Monday afternoon. An exact location was not mentioned and details portraying the scuffle were not included with the initial reports.

Both Skellerup and Hanno were issued with appearance tickets, which are returnable to Lowville Town Court.
