
FORESTPORT- A resident from the Central New York region is accused of intoxicated driving in Oneida County.
Joseph M. Sponn, 57, of Syracuse, NY was arrested on Monday afternoon by the New York State Police (Remsen) for one count each of DWI (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% or greater – first offense).
According to Troopers, the charges were filed in the town of Forestport. At press time, police said that Sponn was issued with an appearance ticket.
