State Police charge Herkimer County resident with unlicensed operation, suspended registration

FRANKFORT- A local resident from Herkimer County is accused of unlicensed operation and having a suspended registration.

On Sunday morning, the New York State Police (Herkimer) arrested and charged Joshua D. Potter, 43, of Poland, NY for one count each of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree and suspended registration.

Troopers said these charges were filed sometime shortly before 8:30 a.m. in the town of Frankfort.

At press time, authorities said that Potter was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
