Lowville resident accused of criminal trespass in Herkimer County: NYSP

COLD BROOK- A local resident from the North Country is accused of trespass in Herkimer County.

On Tuesday afternoon, the New York State Police (Herkimer) arrested and charged Darren C. Ortlieb, 27, of Lowville, NY with one misdemeanor count of criminal trespass in the second-degree (entering and/or remaining unlawfully within a dwelling).

According to Troopers, the charge was filed in the village of Cold Brook, NY.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending.

Meanwhile, Ortlieb was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
