Lowville resident accused of unlicensed operation in Wilna: NYSP

WILNA- A local resident is accused of unlicensed operation in Jefferson County, authorities say.

Alanna Noel Ferguson, 24, of Lowville, NY was arrested Saturday night by the New York State Police (Carthage). Ferguson is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third-degree.

According to Troopers, the arrest was made in the town of Wilna. At press time, Ferguson’s arrest status was listed as ‘other.’
