Lowville Woman Accused of Shoplifting

 VILLAGE OF LOWVILLE-A 39 year old Lowville woman was arrested following a reported shoplifting incident at the Lowville Farmers Co-op.  Upon investigation of a complaint from the Shady Avenue business, Lowville Village Police patrols arrested Roxanne D. Miller and charged her with Petit Larceny. It is alleged that Miller exited Lowville Farmer’s Coop with merchandise she did not pay for. Miller was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Lowville Court at a later date.
