Lowville Woman Charged with D.W.I. following a Crash in the Town of New Bremen

TOWN OF NEW BREMEN-A 36 year old Lowville resident is facing a D.W.I. charge following a one vehicle motor vehicle accident that occurred Friday on the Wagner Rd in the Town of New Bremen. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks arrested Cierra Blanche Jessiman on Saturday and charged her with one count of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense, a Class U misdemeanor. Jessiman was issued with an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of New Bremen Court at a later date.
