Lyons Falls Man Facing Felony Charges Charges in the City of Rome
CITY OF ROME-A 42 year old Lyons Falls man was arrested Friday following a report of a domestic incident that occurred on August 22nd in the City of Rome. New York State Police from the Marcy Barracks charged Paul T. Ramos with one count each of Aggravated Family Offense with more than one offense within Five Years and Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree, with a Prior Conviction of Aggravated Criminal Contempt with a Prior Criminal Contempt conviction within Five Years: both Class E felonies. Ramos was also charged with one count of Petit Larceny, a Class A misdemeanor. He was transported to Oneida County Central Arraignment. No further details were released.
