
LOWVILLE- A local resident is faced with a pair of accusations for contacting a protected person several times.
On Monday, the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office arrested Todd Grabowski, 48, of Lowville, NY on a felony count of criminal contempt in the first-degree and a violation of harassment in the second-degree.
While incarcerated at the county jail, police officials report that Grabowski reached out and called someone, who is under an order of protection.
Grabowski was arraigned and police said at press time that he is currently being held on $30,000 cash bail.
