Mohawk Valley area suspect charged for alleged aggravated DWI, DWI in Lewis County

MARTINSBURG- A North Country area resident is accused of driving while intoxicated in Lewis County.

According to the New York State Police (Lowville), Anthony W. Edick, 58, of Clinton, NY was arrested and charged on Sunday night with one count each of DWI (first offense) and aggravated DWI (.18 of 1% BAC or greater).

According to Troopers, this arrest was made shortly after 10:30 p.m. in the town of Martinsburg.

At press time, police said that Edick was released to a third party.
