Natural Bridge Man Accused of numerous charges following alleged Domestic Incident in Diana

TOWN OF DIANA-A 20-year-old Natural Bridge man is facing numerous charges following a reported domestic incident that occurred in the Town of Diana on Friday. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Colby V. Whitton with one count of Assault in the third degree with intent to cause physical injury, two counts of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation-Applying Pressure, and two counts of Acting in a Manor injurious to a Child-less than 17: All Class A misdemeanors. Whitton was transported to Jefferson County Central Arraignment and no further details were released as of Sunday morning.
