New Bremen Woman Accused of D.W.I. following Motor Vehicle Accident in Lyonsdale

TOWN OF LYONSDALE-A 30 year old New Bremen woman is facing a D.W.I. charge following a report of a motor vehicle crash in Rumble Road in the Town of Lyonsdale. According to Lewis County Sheriff’s Deputies, Justine E. Hodkinson failed to negotiate a curve on the roadway, her vehicle exited the roadway and struck an embankment. Upon further investigation, Hodkinson failed field sobriety tests at the scene. She was transported to the Lewis County Sheriff’s office where she reportedly registered a .17% blood alcohol content. She was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Lyonsdale Court. Deputies were assisted by members of the Lyons Falls Fire Department.
