Newport Man Facing Snowmobiling While Intoxicated Charge in the Town of Martinsburg

TOWN OF MARTINSBURG-A 36 year old Newport man was arrested for snowmobiling while intoxicated early Sunday morning in the Town of Martinsburg.  New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Ryan E. Schlesier with one count of Operating a Snowmobile While Intoxicated-1^st or 2^nd Offense, a Class U misdemeanor. Schlesier was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Martinsburg Court at a later date. The incident was listed as “investigation pending” as of press time.
