No injuries reported in Buck Hill road truck, camper blaze

ONEIDA COUNTY- No injuries were reported last Thursday after local agencies responded to calls of a truck fire in Oneida County, authorities say.

Calls were dispatched to Western Fire Department shortly before 5:00 p.m. for a truck and camper fire on Buck Hill Road.

When firefighters arrived on scene, they witnessed a fully involved blaze, but fortunately the flames were tamed quickly without hassle. Furthermore, there were no complaints of injuries to any of the occupants or firefighters.

Although the camper was in tow, emergency officials said there was no damage reported to anything else – other than the truck. 

No official cause or likely cause was mentioned by Western Fire Department.
