North Country resident among trio charged with criminally possessing a controlled substance in Watertown

WATERTOWN- A local resident is among a total of three suspects charged with criminally possessing a controlled substance in Jefferson County, authorities say.

Brandon R. Graves, 32, of Carthage, NY, Ravan R. Frangione, 34, of Watertown, NY and Kyle Matejcik, 28, of Watertown, NY were all arrested Monday evening by the New York State Police (Alex Bay). All three are formally charged with one misdemeanor count each of criminally possessing a controlled substance in the seventh-degree.

Additionally, Graves was charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal impersonation in the second-degree.

According to Troopers, these charges were filed in the city of Watertown, NY.

At press time, police said that all three suspects were issued with an appearance ticket.
