
LOWVILLE- A North Country area resident was arrested on active warrants this week in the village after a suspicious person complaint.
According to the Lowville Village Police, patrols looked into a complaint of a suspicious male reported at a local business, as well as on school property.
The suspect, Stephen S. Fallen, 30, of Watertown, NY allegedly refused to identify himself at first to authorities.
As a result, Fallen was taken into custody on one count of obstructing governmental administration in the second-degree.
This is when officers learned that Fallen reportedly had three active warrants from the Southern Tier, along with another active New York State Parole warrant.
After processing, Fallen was turned over to parole authorities in Watertown, NY.
