
CROGHAN- A North Country resident is accused of both a felony and misdemeanor offense in the wake of a disturbance complaint this week in Lewis County, according to authorities. Seanna S. Carrow, 21, of Carthage, NY was arrested by Wednesday by the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office. Carrow is officially charged with one felony count of burglary in the second-degree and one misdemeanor count of assault in the third-degree. According to investigators, deputies responded to complaints of a disturbance in the town of Croghan on Tuesday afternoon. It’s alleged that Carrow had entered a residence, using force, and then assaulting the victim several times. Following an arraignment, Carrow was released on her own recognizance.
