NOTICE: Construction work underway on Highmarket Road in West Turin

WEST TURIN- Lewis County Highway Department has announced the start of construction on Highmarket Road, town of West Turin.

County highway crews will focus on replacing culvert pipes and doing construction to prepare the road for paving.

"Please expect delays and to encounter detours," Lewis County Highway Superintendent Timothy L. Hunt said. "We will do our best to minimize the impacts on motorists but urge everyone to plan accordingly."

Construction crews will be working on the road from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily, according to Lewis County Highway Department.
