NOTICE: East State Street Bridge re-opened in Lowville

LOWVILLE- Local folks have longed to hear – the East State Street Bridge (Mill Creek) has finally re-opened.

This announcement comes from the Lewis County Highway Department, as crews have spent the last several weeks executing various repair work, including the removal of old asphalt, repairing the concrete surface and re-paving.

Lewis County Highway Department would like to thank the public for their patience and cooperation.
