* WHAT...Temperatures in the low to mid 30s will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis & Oneida Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 A.M. to 8 A.M. EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left unprotected.
