LEWIS COUNTY: WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST TODAY (FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2024).

* WHAT...Wet snow. Additional snow accumulations 1 to 2 inches, bringing totals into the 3 to 6 inch range across the highest elevations of the Tug Hill Plateau.

* WHERE...Lewis County. The greatest accumulations will be limited to the highest elevations of the Tug Hill Plateau.

* WHEN...Until noon EST today.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...Periods of snow will result in snow covered roads and limited visibilities. Slow down and use caution while driving.
