NYSP: Lee Center resident arrested for alleged intoxicated driving in Annsville

ANNSVILLE- A local resident is accused of intoxicated driving in Oneida County, authorities say.

Nancy J. Dukett, 64, of Lee Center, NY was arrested Tuesday night by the New York State Police (Lee). Dukett is formally charged with one count each of DWI (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC or greater).

According to Troopers, the arrest was made in the town of Annsville. At press time, police said an investigation is pending.

Dukett was issued with an appearance ticket.
