Troopers arrest local resident following alleged domestic incident in town of Ohio

OHIO- A local resident is faced with a pair of charges stemming from a domestic incident in Herkimer County, authorities say.

Jamie T. Tobin, 41, of Cold Brook, NY was arrested early Wednesday by the New York State Police (Herkimer). Tobin is formally charged with one misdemeanor count each of menacing in the second-degree (w/a weapon) and criminally possessing a weapon in the fourth-degree (w/intent to use).

According to Troopers, these charges stem from an alleged domestic incident in the town of Ohio.

At press time, police said that an investigation was pending.

Meanwhile, Tobin appeared for centralized arraignment and there were no further details provided.
