NYSP: Traffic stop results in DWI arrest in Boonville

BOONVILLE- A traffic stop in Northern Oneida County resulted in a DWI arrest this week, authorities say.

Jacob J. Burke, 41, of Middleville, NY was arrested by the New York State Police Thursday afternoon. Burke is officially charged with one count each of aggravated DWI and DWI (first offense).

According to Troopers, the charges were filed shortly after 4:00 p.m. in the town of Boonville.

At press time, police said that Burke was released to a third party.

There were no further details provided.
