ALBANY, NY- On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, North Country Assemblyman, Ken Blankenbush, joined North Country News and discussed New York's Packaging Reduction and Recycling Infrastructure Act, which passed the Senate during the last legislative session but stalled out in the Assembly chamber.
