On Monday, September 8, 2025, District Superintendent for Jefferson-Lewis BOCES, Stephen Todd, joined North Country News and discussed New York's latest policy to ban smartphones in schools statewide.

It was passed through the legislative session and officially took effect at the beginning of this academic year.
