Oswego County resident charged for allegedly violating court order in Martinsburg, Sheriff's Office says

MARTINSBURG- A resident from Oswego County is accused of violating a court order of protection here in the North Country, authorities say.

Heather A. LaBreck, 33, of Pennellville, NY was arrested Monday by the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office for one misdemeanor count of criminal contempt in the second-degree.

It’s reported that deputies received a complaint in the town of Martinsburg on June 28.

Investigation suggests that LaBreck allegedly violated a protection order enacted via Oswego County Family Court.

LaBreck was released with an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in Martinsburg Town Court at a later date.
