Police in Lewis County attempting to locate owner of Beagle found in New Bremen area

LOWVILLE- According to the Lewis County Sheriff's Office, State Police in Lowville, NY are attempting to locate the owner of a beagle, with no collar, found in the area of New Bremen, NY.

The beagle is a tricolored male, weighing an estimated 25-pounds and believed to be around 3–4 years old.
