Port Leyden Man Facing an Aggravated Unlicensed Operation Charge
TOWN OF WATERTOWN-A 29 year old Port Leyden man was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation following an investigation into a two car motor vehicle accident that occurred in the Town of Watertown earlier this month. New York State Police from the Watertown Interstate station charged Dajoun M. Marcellus with one count of Agravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree-3 or more separate suspensions/3 or more separate dates, a Class U misdemeanor. Marcellus was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Watertown Court at a later date.
