Property damage wreck in Oneida County results in aggravated DWI arrest for local resident

MARCY- A local resident is accused of intoxicated driving following reports of a property damage wreck this week in Oneida County.

On Tuesday night, the New York State Police (Marcy) arrested and charged Alec Daniel Lewis, 25, of Holland Patent, NY with one count each of DWI (first offense) and aggravated DWI (BAC level of .18% or higher).

According to Troopers, emergency responders were called out some time after 9:00 p.m. Monday to the scene of a property damage wreck on State Route 291, town of Marcy.

No injuries were reported.

At press time, police said that Lewis was released to a third party.
