Remsen resident facing menacing charges in Herkimer County: NYSP

NORWAY- A local resident is faced with menacing charges in Herkimer County, authorities say.

Theodore F. Netcoh, 57, of Remsen, NY was arrested Thursday afternoon by the New York State Police (Herkimer), Netcoh is formally charged with one misdemeanor count each of menacing in the second-degree (w/a weapon) and criminally possessing a weapon in the fourth-degree (w/intent to use).

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from menacing complaints filed the same day in the town of Norway.

At press time, there was no arrest status available for Netcoh.

There were no further details provided to report.
