Remsen Woman Facing Aggravated D.W.I. charge in the Town of Boonville

TOWN OF BOONVILLE-A 55 year old Remsen woman was arrested for felony D.W.I. Saturday evening following a one car vehicle accident on New Egypt Road in the Town of Boonville. New York State Police from the Old Forge Barracks charged Judith Smith with one count of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated Per Se- .18 of 1 Percent or more alcohol in blood with one prior conviction within 10 years: a Class E felony. Smith was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in the Town of Boonville Court at a later date.
