Utica Man Facing Trespassing Charge in the Town of Forestport
TOWN OF REMSEN-A 60 year old Utica man was arrested by New York State Police following a trespassing incident that was reported in the Town of Forestport on Thursday November 14th. Troopers arrested Mark T. Albicker in the Town of Remsen on Friday and charged him with one count of Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree-Property Fenced in or Enclosed; a Class B misdemeanor. Albicker was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date. The incident was listed as pending investigation as of the Saturday morning press time.
