Resident accused of felony DWI with a child in the town of Western, Troopers say

WESTERN- A resident from Oswego County is facing felony DWI charges locally, authorities say.

Bridget A. Kuszaj, 40, of Phoenix, NY was arrested Monday afternoon by the New York State Police (Lee). Kuszaj is formally charged with one felony count each of DWI (w/a child under 16) and DWI (w/a previous conviction within 10-years); along with one misdemeanor count of acting in a manner injurious to a child (under the age of 17).

According to Troopers, these charges were all filed in the town of Western, Oneida County.

At press time, Kuszaj’s arrest status was listed as centralized arraignment.

There were no further details provided by the State Police.
