White Shih Tzu Found in Wilna

The Lewis County Humane Society have received a white male Shih Tzu dog with black ears on August 12th from the Town of Wilna. The dog was found freshly groomed and neutered, which suggests it has an owner that takes good care of but has just lost track of the dog.
