ALBANY, NY- Nearly half of New York's school districts statewide may lose significant support in critical foundation aid.
This is one of the latest developments from this legislative session in Albany, as the Governor recently proposed the Fiscal Year 2025 State Budget.

Several lawmakers statewide are noting the potential loss of such aid could be very harmful to school districts, especially rural ones.
