State Police arrest Utica resident for alleged DWI in Forestport

FORESTPORT- A city of Utica, NY resident is faced with a DWI offense in Northern Oneida County.

Brett B. Truett, 63, was arrested on Sunday night by the New York State Police (Remsen) for one count of DWI (first offense).

Troopers said this arrest was made following a traffic stop shortly after 9:00 p.m. in the town of Forestport.

At press time, Truett’s arrest status suggested an appearance for centralized arraignment.
