State Police charge Mohawk Valley area resident with unlicensed operation in Remsen

REMSEN- A Mohawk Valley area resident is charged with unlicensed operation in Oneida County.

Timothy M. Hawkins, 40, of Utica, NY was arrested and charged on Wednesday afternoon by the New York State Police (Remsen) with one count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the second-degree.

According to Troopers, the arrest was made in the town of Remsen.

At press time, officials said that Hawkins was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
