Troopers charge Lewis County resident with unlicensed operation in Boonville

BOONVILLE- A local resident is charged with unlicensed operation in Northern Oneida County.

James J. Lynch, 35, of Lyons Falls, NY was arrested and charged on Wednesday afternoon by the New York State Police (Remsen) with one count of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third-degree.

Troopers say this charge was filed in the village of Boonville, NY. At press time, police said that Lynch was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
