
LYONSDALE- A man from Southern Lewis County is faced with charges, including felonies, stemming from a local domestic incident earlier this month, authorities say.
Joshua D. Rogers, 38, of Lyons Falls, NY was arrested Monday morning by the New York State Police (Lowville). He is officially charged with one felony count each of aggravated family offense and aggravated criminal contempt, along with one misdemeanor count of assault in the third-degree (w/intent to cause physical injury).
According to Troopers, these charges all stem from an alleged domestic dispute in the town of Lyonsdale, reported on September 8.
At press time, Rogers’ arrest status was listed as held and State Police said an investigation was pending.
