NEW BREMEN- A Lewis County resident is faced with a felony charge in the wake of a hit-and-run incident earlier this month, authorities say.
Ricky A. Mullin, 29, of Croghan, NY was arrested Tuesday afternoon by the New York State Police (Lowville). Mullin is officially charged with one felony count of criminal mischief in the second-degree.
According to Troopers, the arrest stems from a reported hit-and-run in the town of New Bremen. The incident was reported on October 4.
At press time, police said Mullin was released on his own recognizance.
There were no further details available to report.
