State Police: Poland resident charged with felony criminal mischief in Herkimer County

RUSSIA- A local resident is faced with a felony accusation in the wake of a reported disturbance in the Kuyahoora Valley area earlier this month, authorities are reporting.

Benjamin M. Kraeger, 27, of Poland, NY was arrested Monday afternoon by the New York State Police (Herkimer). Kraeger is officially charged with one felony count of criminal mischief in the third-degree.

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from an alleged disturbance, which was reported to authorities in the town of Russia on November 17.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending.

Kraeger was issued with an appearance ticket.
