Suspect accused of petit larceny in the Town of Webb, police say

WEBB- A suspect is accused of theft in the Western Adirondacks.

Richard B. Fetterman, 69, of Thendara, NY was arrested on Thursday morning by the Town of Webb Police Department for three counts of petit larceny.

According to police, the arrest stems from a complaint filed at a local business in the town of Webb.

Details regarding the case were not specified at press time, but police allege that Fetterman stole items on three separate dates from the business (March 17, 18 & 19).

Meanwhile, officials said that Fetterman was issued with appearance tickets.

There were no further details provided.
