LYONSDALE- A suspicious person complaint has resulted in the arrest of a homeless man in Lewis County, according to authorities.
It was shortly after 9:30 p.m. Tuesday when the Sheriff’s Office investigated complaints of a suspicious person on the Lowdale Road, town of Lyonsdale.
Investigation subsequently resulted in the arrest of Kyle M. Poore, 36 (no address available).
Police say the arrest stems from a warrant via the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision. Furthermore, Poore was charged with resisting arrest for allegedly attempting to prevent law enforcement officers from making an arrest.
Poore was processed and issued with an appearance ticket.
He was then remanded to the Lewis County Jail on the active parole warrant.
