Troopers arrest and charge Boonville resident for alleged aggravated DWI and resisting arrest

BOONVILLE- A local resident is charged with resisting arrest and intoxicated driving, following reports of an arrest Thursday night in Northern Oneida County.

Donald J. Judeikis, 68, of Boonville, NY was formally charged shortly after 11:00 p.m. Thursday by the New York State Police (Remsen) with one count each of aggravated DWI, DWI and resisting arrest.

According to Troopers, the arrest was made in the town of Boonville. At press time, police said Judeikis was released to a third-party.
